Katie with an underwater take-off.....The last weekend in August is always the annual Body Surfing Competition at the Oceanside Pier. Matthew and Katie each competed in their different age groups. After a couple of elimination rounds they both qualified for the finals!! They each placed third overall with cool trophys and great prizes from Quicksilver and Roxy.

Wow Norma, The kids are really growing up!! It does go by so fast doesn't it/ Thanks for letting me in on your posts. I will be blgging on this site myself. I hope you guys had a very nice Thanksgiving. We went down to Daniel,Shannon's and Blakely's home. I did fairly well...but maybe stayed just about an hour too long. It was worth it all.
